EventLink International's mission is to provide professional event management and registration services while building lasting client relationships through our commitment to excellence, innovation, teamwork, and superior customer service.

HISTORY
EventLink International is an event registration management, event planning and event marketing company headquartered in Plano, Texas.  Incorporated in June of 1998, EventLink was founded to serve clients needing professional registration services to support their corporate events worldwide.  

The original services offered by EventLink included: Internet, fax and phone registration, fee processing, toll-free information hotlines, registrant confirmation and correspondence, hotel reservation and room block management, recreation reservation and block management, session/seminar assignment and tracking, on-site registration, and hotel room block management.

EventLink quickly began taking on new projects, attracting valuable employees, and enlisting new clients - primarily from Fortune 500 companies. Based upon the needs and requests of existing clients, EventLink expanded its services to include air and ground travel liaison and information management, call centers, creative services, database management, post-event marketing analysis, surveys, and full event planning services including site selection, contract negotiation, food & beverage coordination, meeting room coordination, audio visual coordination, event budget management and more.

EventLink enjoys continued growth of its client base and service offerings. EventLink employs a professional management team that is among the best in the industry.  The diverse staff combines to bring over 80 years industry experience to EventLink.  The entire EventLink team is committed to anticipating the needs and exceeding the expectations of clients looking for cost effective, progressive, custom-designed solutions to support their events.
